Shipping policy

We ship orders twice a week, Monday and Friday. Depending on when your order is placed you will be included in either of those batches. 

If you are from the UK, please allow a minimum of 2 weeks since receiving a dispatch notification before contacting for a lost package.

If you are from anywhere else, please allow up to 4 weeks since receiving a dispatch notification before contacting for a lost package. 

IF YOU DO NOT ORDER TRACKING WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES.
People who have payed for tracking depending on item availability we will resend your package. 

Preorder items are labelled as such, and will not ship until after the preorder period has ended, and the completed items have been delivered to me. This can take up to 3 months. If you have ordered other items alongside preorders, they will be shipped alongside the preorder. If you would like to not wait for the non preorder items, we recommend placing a seperate order for them to the preorder.
